Steven is a youth and Startup coach,  the Founding President of Transform Ghana Peace project, Award winning initiator – Africa Achievers Merit Award 2016  (Ankoma Foundation BookAid Initiative Ghana)  member of NEEWARG-a USAID Coordinated Election Group by the National Peace Council, West Africa Network for Peace building, Kofi Annan  Peacekeeping and Training Centre, Legon Center for diplomacy,  Commission on Human Rights and Administrative justice, Blogging Ghana. He Hosted the first Consultative forum on building Capacity of Peace, gender and Security chaired by Dr. Kwesi Aning.

He’s  an electoral violence analyst,  Author of Knowing Africa on (governance, youth development,  job creation strategies) and other 4 more books. having been the youngest to create national early warning system on youth employment, cyber security, gender balance,  political conflict,   oil and gas , youth related issues,  Finance  and poverty in west Africa.  In just the recent 2016 election held in Ghana, Steven was called by the leading regional peace-building organisation,  WANEP and the Ghana National Peace Council to assist the Election situation Room as an Electoral Analyst and on the community of youth and women. In 2015 he Cordinated ACP Street Libaries Project- aims to support the development of Culture in ACP countries by digitalising cultural artifacts, promoting cultural discussion, creating gender balance and creating new street Libaries in Ghana, Liberia and Cameroon.  Between 2014 to 2017,  the Bookaid Initiative Ghana donated 5000 copies of Steven’s books to female students in 10 community schools. Steven advocate on youth employment policies and other youth related issues.his  energetic and motivating leadership has proven to effectively manage both personnel and youth projects to the highest of standards.
